Here's a video on how to do the X-ray glitch for people who didn't know how or if you could do this!
This is good for finding caves and also to show where mobs spawn underground if you are having trouble with the numbers spawning in your xp trap.
I usually just dig 10-ish blocks down, put a glowstone above my head, then throw an Ender Pearl at it. Same result, much simpler method.
Yeah i know in my video i say that but this is just for if you dont have any ender pearls and its alot better than wasting an ender pearl and having to smash the glowstone to get back out
