If your world was created before TU7, then yes you will have to create a new world to find those portals unless you hop onto Creative mode. As of now you can find them naturally, but they can't be activated.
No you will not. Although when later updates come out that include new biomes then you will need to start a new world.
I've heard that the places you haven't discovered yet with your map in a world would possibly have a chance to spawn in new biomes not of the last update. I highly doubt this though, but could you clarify?

If you created a world and it has a strong hold in it as well as a End Portal than you won't have to start a new world. But if you don't have a strong hold than your gonna have to start a new world sorry that's just how it goes. Thanks for reading this. If you wanna correct me I would love to learn how this would work...

If your world is post TU7 then you are fine, there is a stronghold, a portal, and everything. If not, then you may be lucky if there are unexplored areas in your world.

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Also if your not sure if your world has one just hop on creative and start throwing the eye of ender and it will lead you to one.. if you have the eye of ender but it don't give you the option to throw it then there is none in your world..
