What's the lowest level you can get this enchantment on a pickaxe? (Not talking about Fortune I, I want Fortune III) I'm currently a level 21 and I want Fortune III for mining diamond. Do I have to be level 30 or what?
24 but the chances of getting it are very slim, if you're that desperate, save your game enchant your pick and if you dont get it quit without saving, do this over & over until you get it, the higher level you are the better chance you'll get it.

Get yourself some kind of xp grinder. My blaze grinder will take me from lvl1 to lvl30 in less than 20 min. You shouldn't have any problem getting to level 30 as many times as you need in this game.
It's around level 25. However, because it's so slim of a chance to actually get that enchantment, an XP farm and an anvil would probably help out a lot.

I have my own little XP grinder. I'm able to get to level 30 in a few minutes

You can do it in just over 10 minutes if you drink fire protection and strength potion (8:00 each) and stand about 10 blocks away from spawner.
that website is not true. Cause if you replace your item in the enchant table it changes your odds around. The numbers that show up actually read what enchants you will get. I have a log of what numbers and what I got and the changes etc and its way more accurate. I just don't have a site for it its in a excel doc. So I can be lvl 30 and replace my pick until I see certain numbers and bam I got better chances at better enchants.
