There may be new achievements in the future, we can't be certain. One thing I know for a fact is they will come alongside DLC. Devs can't add achievements and such within updates just because they feel like it. Microsoft has quite the little scheme going with players' fascination surrounding gamerscore. They certainly don't want to lose that.
I thought old worlds which were created with other TU were not compatible with new updates, for example if The End comes out with achievements you wouldn't even be able to access The End on a map which was created with a previous TU.
Arcade games tend to be capped at 400G anyway so I don't actually expect any more to come out for Minecraft.
No offense, but you know very little about what you're talking about. Arcade games cap at 800G and if you've created a world since the Enchanting update you have an End portal that can be activated once the update comes out.
