Is the new skin pack #4 hinting at future mobs to come into the Xbox minecraft edition?
Beavers, bears and penguins are all things I have seen suggested on the forums could 4J be hinting at their possible inclusion or just messing with us all?

Well, if it's beavers, and penguins and stuff like that I would say no. If it's not on the PC version, it won't be for the Xbox Version (with a few exceptions). But im sure they'll add some missing NPCs that is already in the Minecraft universe (Ocelots, Snow Golems, Iron Golems etc).

4J said they are going to make it different after the addition of iron golems, ocelots,etc
Well... The honest answer is maybe? I mean, the only real benefit from these mobs would be a livelier woodland and unless they added new drops for these mobs and new items to make those drops useful they wont actually have any purpose other than being pretty woodland (and iceland) creatures.
I wouldn't mind at all. It'd actually make the game seem more intensive and immersing.
Exactly and 4J probably wouldn't add animals without giving them some small purpose.
Like add a bear pelt anywhere in a leather armour and get a new model / texture.
Or for bear pelt cape make a door shape of bear pelts
And bear head helmet with leather and a bear pelt again
Like those ideas? Same coud be done with polar bear pelts.
I see them having no trouble in adding potions made from beaver tails or penguin beaks.
Along with meat from all animals.

Nope, because they would have those on the PC first! (And its not at all like Nintendo asking questions on twitter about previous games, and then surprise there fans by releasing a newer version of the game like Pokemon and super smash bros brawl!) Yay for random ranting! :I

Explain how it would be newer when we are missing other features and why they would have to have them on PC first.

Conspiracies, now I just love them like the bug in a jar one. But on this topic I would not have much love for these wild untamed animals if they were added in the game. But they would be good for zoos.

Why not tame them?
Maybe bears could be territorial.
Lure them into a area where they are neutral (they'll stop growling at you)
Then give them some meat or something and they will follow you for a while.
But unlike wolves they might loose interest after a while.
You could trap them (forcing them to stay loyal) then give them some food when you need a smart powerful follower much more capable than wolves.

why do people assume just because it's not on PC that it will not happen on Xbox? They have stated that there would be additions that are native to the 360 and I'm sure if you really wanted those things (or anything really) you can just download a mod.

They have no reason to be complaining as there's a mod for most things.
That's why I also believe people should stop complaining about ideas being from a mod, because there's so many.
