So I am having the worst time trying to find blazes. I have been in three different worlds and can't find them. My current world has these nether brick towers but the lead to nothing I cannot find any nether dungeons. Please help any advice would be awesome.
Those brick towers do lead to something. It's called a Nether Fortress. Blaze Spawners are inside of the Nether Fortress.
It should look similar to this...
If you are only finding the towers, which are the bottom supports to the walkways, then you need to go up. It is highly possible that your Nether Fortress is buried.
Once you find your way inside, you need to look for a room like this...
Blazes make a very distinct noise so they should be easy enough to find once you are within range to hear them.

I'll keep looking but I have followed all those towers and they end into nothing really it's wierd
To get a better idea of what you're looking for, why don't you start up the tutorial world? That world already has a nether portal in place and the fortress (since TU9) is located fairly near to the portal and is not all that hard to find. The fortress definitely has 2 blaze spawners.
Another way to be sure you get a world with blaze spawners in it is to select one from the MCXBLA Seeds List where the poster of the seed has indicated that they have located blaze spawners.
