Retired StaffAs for other, less significant, mods that I would still like to play around with: RedPower 2, Computer Craft, Industrial Craft, or Tiny Blocks.

Why wouldn't it?
I honestly don't care what the mods "think" as long as it doesn't break the rules, it doesn't matter.
What if I made you pick something that doesn't involve redstone?

Retired StaffOh, you mean something like WorldEdit, MCEdit, and Tiny Blocks, which I listed? Those others aren't directly relative to redstone either, except Red Power. I guess something like the Aether mod could be pretty interesting too. Or that one (can't remember the name) that allows you to pilot an area of blocks. It would be pretty cool to have a self-contained vessel like a boat or some sort of aircraft.
Duke Nukem Forever is a terrible game.
YOU CAN SUCK IT! Duke Nukem Forever is an amazing game. Anyway I thought MCedit allowed you to change the property of Redstone and I never knew what world edit or tiny blocks(although I may know tiny blocks) did.

Retired StaffGo start a thread in "General Gaming" and ask everyone what they think of Duke Nukem Forever. I'm pretty sure you can't change the properties of redstone with MCEdit. The only reason I want it is so I can copy and paste. WorldEdit is similar, but it's an in-game copy/paste mod, whereas MCEdit is a standalone program. Tiny blocks should be obvious... it gives you tiny blocks.
