Have you ever played on a flat world without ever going on creative mode? It is worth playing.
I've been playing on survival hard and it is rather fun.

Not convinced? Here are some tips if you ever feel like playing it:

1. Find a village, of course
2. Go underground and get around 8 stacks of dirt
3. Build a dirt barricade around the village of 3 blocks of dirt
4. Remove dirt before the barricade (all the way to the to the bedrock) so that the bad guys don't reach the village

After you do this kill loads of cows for armor, and be sure to get wheat to make yourself some bread

It would get very stale, very fast. I don't think I could do it because of that. Not only are there no ores to mine, there's no way to get sticks for tools without completely dismantling every village. Same goes for cobblestone. And, even after all that, Zombie Sieges are going to ruin everything when they're finally added to the game. It's a good challenge, but I don't think I could do it.

Well first of all, there are no sieges since it is Xbox 360 and well, since there are around 3 villages you could destroy one and harvest wheat to have bread and I'm sure the sieges won't be added in the next update

Actually, you could use a smith's lava combined with the farm's water for infinite Cobblestone--you just need to be creative.
