The "End" is accessible via the stronghold. In the stronghold will be an "End Room" A little pool of lava with floating yellowish blocks over it. Collect Eyes of Enders to place in them. Eye of Enders are made from an Ender Pearl and dust from a Blaze Rod. in a crafting table. Once all the floating end blocks have an Eye of Ender in them the Portal will open revealing the "End". Once in the end you will see Enderman everywhere and a dragon flying above, you need to shoot the rotating orbs on top of each tower so the dragon can be killed. Once you kill the dragon the dragon egg will appear on top of a portal that will take you to the last place you slept. Then the game continues as normal.
