I have make some pixel art, a library, a plant farm, a gold pyramid, a mid air home, a boat speedway, a pvp arena, a castle, and a zoo. I play the xbox version, and i'm running out of ideas.
Im currently building an animal farm. a large grazing land for cattle, another large wheat feild, and a barn for pigs and chickens. I am doing this in survival mode.
I dont know how im going to get the animals to their pens though.. any tips would be appreciated.
as for other ideas, im having alot of fun building a subway tunnel to connect structures around my seed and strip mine while im at it.
My third suggestion is a tree house! i have only begun to think about it but i am going to try and grow a forest above my current one and try to live discretely within a dense tree canopy. cheers!
Try your hand at making a completely unique to you, one of a kind mob grinder. Obviously, the kill methods will have been used before, but have them activate in a unique way or something.
Things in my world. Underwater rail, skyscraper in BFE, redstone museum, rail loop around entire map edge, spheres!, day/night detector,buildings with auto-lights(see detector), hydro-electric dam and reservoir,hydro lifts on tall buildings,working mines(just like real mines, surface and below grade, illuminated ocean,working kitchen. If you run out of ideas, MC Fourms PC creative is a good resource. Both PC and XB users post there.

You can make cows, sheep, and pigs follow you by holding wheat in your hand. Chickens will follow if you have wheat seeds.
Try a church/cathedral. I built dedicated to the worship of the sacred creeper. Glow stone creeper faces everywhere and crosses of red wool displayed on the outside towers. Make a fort or castle. Build roads connecting the villages. Make a volcanoes. Hope I helped.
