Nobody has really said this yet, but I'd really love to see corner stairs. I use stairs for the roof of my house and it's kinda awkward to have a slab at the corner of two stairs facing a different direction.
Anvil, villager trading, book and quill, custom biome selection(like say you want 50% jungle, 25% mushroom biome, and 25% mountains). If we can't get custom skins can I at least get some viking skins?(long hair with beards, and one for each hair color). More ores for bigger crafting possibilities, like emeralds, rubies, saphires, silver, platinum, copper, all of those would allow for more craftables including jewelry that could be enchanted. More enemies, the only reason I get bored of minecraft is because there's only like eight different enemies, add sharks and a lot of fun enemies like bears, tigers, panthers, birds, hawks and as much as the xbox can handle because variety adds to fun and replay. Major catastrophic events like tidal waves, hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, sand storms, earthquakes, volcanos, astroids. New weapon types, shields, two handed weapons like war hammers, great swords, battle axes, dual wielding one handed weapons like two daggers, or two axes/maces/swords. New biome specific meters like a frostbite meter, or heat exhaustion and all that good stuff. Higher sky height and larger worlds, if world size was doubled that would be perfect size. Make the villagers character models look like the player model with some different skins on them to add realism, right now they look so out of place. More armor types, bone armor, wood armor, stone armor, wool armor, obsidian armor and weapons. Add a heaven realm or even a way to visit the moon. Make zombie have multiple skins so they don't all look the same. I'll list more things when I think of more.

You know I never really thought that....... I mean i have its just that I use slabs for corners.

Mainly for me it's OCD but I'd still love to see it. Unfortunately I think it may be a while cause it doesn't seem like a ton of people are begging for it, and it came out in PC 1.4.2

some are and some are not. although it is technically not called corner stairs... it is auto-arrange that makes that possible, as corner stairs would add a tremendous amount of blocks to the game, where the auto-arrange does what it says, albeit a little tricky at times. However once use to it and the way it functions, even the old stuff is possible...:D
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I'm very much looking forward to jungles. The huge trees, the vines everywhere, and kitties! So much to love. I'm pretty sure it will be my favorite biome.
The "add-ons becoming standard game features" rumor is fun for daydreaming...I want horses, and the ability to create a custom avatar. (I know, they'd lose money on selling skin packs, it's not likely to ever happen, blah blah...I can still dream dammit!)

I just use a full block. It's a good place to put torches to light up the roof and keep mobs from spawning up there.
I believe 4J have said that writing in books is not destined to come to the Xbox edition... you might be waiting a long time for books and quills. Just saying.
I'm looking forward to jungles and, mostly, ocelots. I want a kitty!
I look forward to the days when threads like this stop being created.

Don't speak in absolutes. There is a chance, albeit very small, that the 360 world could be increased. After all, you don't work for 4J, Mojang, or Microsoft, so you have no proof that it won't happen.
Yeah, I get that there's not a lot of room for improvement, and the game is a lot more intensive, but the world could still be increased. Doubled, maybe even tripled. The Minecraft PC version is 64,000,000 (X/Z of 32,000,000) before things start to fail with only 2 GB of RAM. That's 4,096,000,000,000,000 blocks just on one layer. With a world height of 256, that's a total of 1,048,576,000,000,000,000 blocks.
The maximum size of the 360 world is 862X862. That's 743,044 on one layer, or a total of 190,219,264 blocks at a height of 256 (as of now, it only goes to 128). That's not even 1% of the PC world (0.00000001814072265625%). Not even 1% of 1%.
How on earth can the 360 version be so small with 512 when the PC is incredibly massive with only 4 times as much RAM? How can that be an absolute?
I understand that the 360 does have limited hardware, but there is a room for some improvement. Unfortunately, the Xbox 720 (or whatever it's going to be called) will come out before 4J finally realizes that the world can, in fact, be bigger.
Plus, as I understand it, RAM does NOT equal world size. RAM is only used when a part of the world is loaded. Which means, the more that's loaded at once, the more RAM is used. Therefore, the world size could be massively larger, because RAM is not, if I'm thinking properly, a world size limiter. It's the save game size.
From my research, I've found that the max save file size on the 360 is 2 GB. The biggest Minecraft save file I've EVER had is 30 MB or so. I have a LOT of room left. Considering the game itself is only 150 MB, that still leaves over 1500 MB of space left for an Indie game. That's still a lot of room for world size improvement.
As an example of RAM not being a limiting factor. Battlefield 3 plays just fine on the 360. It also plays on the PC just as well. Here's the kicker. The PC version requires 2 GB of RAM to play. They're the same game. Sure, there may be differences, but it's the same situation as Minecraft. There were no sacrifices between BF3 PC and 360. Why should there be for Minecraft?
What type of Customazations would you want?

1.) MCXbla to have all the Survival items that MCPC has. I personally don't care about Creative Mode.
2.) What I'm waiting for most of all is Hardcore Mode.

Yes i agree I really want a tiger rawrrrr
