Mine is the spider jockey. Their rarity and neat appearance makes them my #1 target. If I'm cutting trees in my tree farm or scouting for caves I will drop everything and go after spider jockeys. awesome kill!

spider jockey. I especially hate spiders. I wouldve voted for them if jockey wasnt. I encounter them rarely since I usually skip nights by bed nowadays but nevertheless unlike endermen spider jockeys have range, and 2 mobs in one.
I'm sad to say it, but Endermen, because it's satisfying to actually defeat them, and I like collecting Ender Pearls. But I don't like it because they leave me alone most of the time, so I have nothing against them.
I just realized I failed to post my reasoning for my vote. I didn't vote for spider jockey because they are too rare to really be a favorite. I've only ever seen three since I started playing the game..and one of those was at such a distance, it despawned before I could get there. I enjoy battling creepers, but most of them block up on me, so I don't thick I really kill them. Rather, they are like kamikazes committing suicidal assaults on me.
For frequency, I probably kill mostly chickens and cows, so of the two chickens are my favorite. They are a 1 hit kill with an iron sword so you can just slice them down without even breaking stride. They let out a terrific loud "BOCK" when you kill them and everything else in the game tastes exactly like the chicken anyway.
I like slimes, especially in farms. Mainly because you can kill all the big ones and leave the littlest ones for last, ending up with a horde of bouncing baby cubes that can't do anything to you.
is it possible to get a spider jockey by droping a skeleton on a spider? I was thinking about using two spawners to make spider jockeys but that would be a lot of work if it's not going to work.
I like magma cubes because you need to work killing them, because they are (so far anyway) the only armored mob in the 360 version (that i'm aware of anyway)
My favorite mob to hunt is the dumbest of them all, players.
They run fast, steal, burn down towns, randomly place blocks, ect.
You should start killing some as well.
Spider Jockies all the way! I've only fought two of them, but they're extremely fun to fight because they're a challenge. My second would have to be skellies because you have to think tactically in order to kill them, or you're going to get killed.

Skeleton would be a close 2nd or 3rd due to their bones falling for you...:D

And they say cracked is whack.. Pffft...
