I'm looking for a dirt/grass block light sensor. The one I'm seeking has two sensors and redstone mechs,along with two water pools.I saw a video once at five in the morning and of course didn't bookmark. Any info GREATLY appreciated!! Or if you understand the theory and care to help,that's ok aswell.
does it detect from night to day as well or do you have to reset the blocks?
The grass dies when the sun goes down causing the light level to fall bellow to rage at which grass will grow. When the sun comes back up the grass will regrow. In short, it will keep track if the day/night cycle on its own (without having to reset the block manually) as long as it has a clear view of the sun/moon.
