The sections have changed! (stated from boxanata above)
To make it easier to view, we split the sections from the original Other Platforms to Pocket Edition and Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition.
So depending what you are looking for / wanting you can probably find it a lot easier now.
Looking for / Sessions is mostly used for small play sessions. If you want / need help with a project in game that is not going to be long term, post it here (redstone projects I'm talking about you!)
Servers are for those who host their sessions for others to play on constantly. Those who have built a community or looking to build a community can make their threads here...are if you regularly host Hunger Games, this is the place for you!
Clans are there for those like minded players that want to, obviously, play together. Clans come in all different types and sizes! If you're interested in joining a Clan, check out the threads, or if you want to start one, make a new one!

The new Find Players section is as followed:
MCX360: Multiplayer
> MCX360: Looking for / Sessions
> MCX360: Severs
> MCX360: Clans
