I love Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, and I'm glad that 4J put so much time into making such a great game , but sometimes I feel as though I'm not as appreciative as I'd like to be. I gladly and willingly anticipate every upcoming Title Update, and once it is released I am overcome with joy and exhileration. I am awed and speechless by sheer amount of new things 4J could've added to the game, sadly enough, after the first day is finally over, I get this eerie feeling lurking within me, and I ask myself; "When's the next Title Update...?"
I hate to be unappreciative of 4J, and I am prided to have been a small part of everything they've done with the game... but am I wrong for this? Am I the only one who get's this feeling? It is an unintentional feeling, and I hate to tell myself that... but am I the only one?
Son, a woman is like a beer. They smell good, they look good, you'd step over your own mother just to get one! But you can't stop at one. You wanna drink another woman!
I think it's a part of human nature that we always want something new. There's something to be said for working on being content with what you have - it leads to being happier overall. (imo).
It's very normal to wonder when the next update is. If you don't then you're not human. Though being obnoxious and keep fiddling people about when the update is coming is a bit overboard. Having that feeling is fine, but whining about it is just annoying, ahah. Pretty much applies to anything really.
I am a owner of a bukkit server with a large amount of plugins and quite a few of these break with each update.
In other words I dread updates as lots of time will be spent updating, fixing, removing, replacing and just doing stuff to all the plugins until they work. It is even more painful when I finally get everything running smoothly and they release another update.
I agree, waiting for the next update can be irritating. Perhaps the problem would be solvith smaller, more frequent updates...although I have no idea of the trouble a developer needs to go through to put up an update. I am just grateful 4J keeps 'em coming.
Personally I am not in much of a hurry for the ender dragon or eggs or anything else very fanccy. I would just like to see a hay or straw block you could make with wheat and a jungle biome so I can plant me some cocoa beans!
Yeah it happens to me too. But some people overreact and take it as a threat and call you a troll, or an impatient little kid. Those people are the ones that need to wake up. It's human nature to be curious and to be anxious and a little impatient.
