Fog - I Was watching a youtube video of some guys playing hardcore and there was fog on ground level...
Like you could barely see things from a distance...I want that. Is It a opinion or does it come with Hardcore mode?
Farms - I Have made my best wheat farm ever since MC 360 has been out...Only problem Is...I Keep stepping on my crops! Will this be changed? Lemme rephrase that, Was this ever fixed In any TU on the PC?
Dirt Blocks - I'm Gonna try my best to say this without confusion, You know when a dirt block grows back, It has the grass on the top? Well on someones video It was also on the sides. Texture Pack? Or TU
On PC there is a Fog Distance setting. From my understanding we only get Fog at Bedrock, which is quite annoying..
Farmland I believe on the PC is to where you have to run/jump on farmland to revert it back to dirt walking is ok.. so far we don't have that pretty much all changes it to dirt. Except for Sneak/Crouch.
Sideways grass.. not sure My son has the TMI mod but not sure if that's part of the normal game..
Sideways grass is not part of the normal game, no. Farmland is annoying to move around on, crouching/sneaking will keep you from breaking your wheat and reverting farmland back into dirt. We don't have a fog setting unless you count the Void Fog at bedrock level.

Farms - I'm guessing we'll eventually have it where we can walk. For now, crouch.
Grass - I believe this comes from a setting on Optifine and well as certain texture packs. At least that's how I have it....
