So I just got Minecraft for the Xbox 360 Today/Last night and the first time ever loggin into my account I'm unnable to move the RS to look around as the Tutorial says. Can someone please help me?
I'm unsure of what the issues is. Just got the game was looking forward to playing it and making some YouTube videos and I can't even play it. If anyone has a solution please contact me here very soon or my GamerTag: Junebug.
1. Start up Minecraft
2. Go to Help & options
3. Go to Settings
4. Go to Control
5. Make sure that your Game and Interface Sensitivity is at 100%
6...
7. Profit!
Hope this Helps
(There is a search feature at the top right corner of the screen, by the way).

@Gamebuster4000 the interface sensitivity only affects how fast the pointer moves when u are in ur inventory
first you have to click x to make the tutorials words go away then you can move

I'm afraid this is incorrect. The tutorial steps you through and tells you what keys to depress at what time and you can move by moving ithe left and right sticks accordingly at any point in the tutorial. It is not necessary to clear whatever instructions are being displayed in order to move. X opens your mini-craft interface. If you wish to skip the tutorial entirely, there is an instruction screen that will tell you to depress B at the appropriate time. You will then be allowed to leave the tutorial area, but the tutorial will continue to flash messages whenever you encounter something you have not encountered before.
The advice Gamebuster400 game is correct. There is an ongoing issue with Minecraft and the various control sensitivities. The game will sometimes arbitrarily reset the two slidebars to 0%. This shuts down movement. There is a similar bug that occurs sometimes with the either the graphcs or audio sensitivites. Sometimes they will also arbitrarily reset to 0%. Fortunately, this doesn't happen often (I've had it happen twice in 8 months); but when it does it is quite normal for the player to be very confused over it. Also note, you may need to make the same adjustment for every gamertag signed into the Xbox individually. These settings are found under "Help & Options" - "Settings" and then select from controls, graphics, audio, etc.
Another control issue that can cause difficulties for some users is if the "invert look" option and/or the "southpaw" option gets accidentally checked. Since "invert look" makes the head move in the opposite directions than the normal setting, people sometimes get "stuck" at the edge of the movement range by not knowing to move the stick in the opposite direction. The "southpaw" setting changes the look function to the left stick and movement function to the right one. These two settings are found under "Help & Options" - Controls.
