my problems. yes the lag for multiplayer does become horrible. host options shld be able to be shared. better security for chests. if need be build a button encoded password for a room and dont give them the password. i would like better multiplayer access but as overall playing i have no problems
I don't think this has been said yet but making a new world almost every update really es me off. I can deal with the other bugs because there's not a whole lot they can do but i love the game =]

the nether is not pointless, there are many potion resources there and if you touch a pigman it can be a challenge to survive also the ghasts can blow up your house and that makes the nether fun. i enjoy it more than the overworld
Nothing has really stopped me from playing Xbox MC except the ideas for what to build in my Ravine village (post pics soon ^_^). I do feel jealous of the PC for they have things like smooth sandstone and upsidedown stairs/slabs, but those will come.
I personally believe that the Xbox edition is near a perfect game. Of course there are the exceptions of a few glitches and bugs, but no matter how perfect the game, or how flawless it is, a few glitches will always exist and is something that can never be reversed. Despite by admiration for the game I do have a few features that I think would make the game one of the best of the best. Now I don't know if it is a greed for money, or a true impossibility, but I I would love to have a user database that the consumers had the ability to create and upload maps, skins, and yes, even texture packs, for use to other consumers. This would give a true sense of community, and a unique feel to the game that has been experienced by PC users all over the world. Now, even if my need for a full blown database with textures, skins, and maps is a little far fetched, which it may be, I still believe that we should have a system to upload maps to a large database whichcwe could download, and play, just like in games such as Halo, and Trials Evolution. I find this reasonable, and something we will see in the future, but now that I have told you something reasonable, I want to throw myself out there again, and wish for a system of servers that we could join and play, exactly like in the PC version, but where anyone could see all the servers, and then apply to join, and play. These things, if implemented into Minecraft Xbox Edition, would make the game with true entertainment at it's core, one of the best games of the decades.

Xbox Live GT: xXJoMaMmAXx Message me if you wanna play.
I love this game, and I play it almost everday. The only thing I would like to see added is a whitelisting of chests, so you can set certain chests only available to whom you choose. Oh, and player trading, that would be really cool and could start up an economy type system where both parties get what they want and noone gets robbed.
1. Lag
2. World size
3. Lack of Moderator options
4. 8 player limitation(?) (Increased limitation = more lag)
5. Lack of 4J's communication w/ updates(I don't have Twitter)
I'm an Older Player that plays with my Kids . I absolutely love the game, like many I thought it looked stupid at first glance, luckily my kid said let's try it again, glad we did, I play daily now. My top 5 gripes after playing a few months.
1. Need Multiplayer feature on Xbox Live, please set up like Halo
2. More activities in both Nether and OverWorld, add the Aether as well. Game play can be repetitive for older players
3. Personal gripe Fix Nether portal crash and freezing, we can no longer enter Nether in our 1st Survival World
4. Pin numbers for chests or locking system. ( MY kids steal stuff out of my chests )
5. Make Worlds bigger, we have only played awhile and we have covered and built over our entire World (Seed)
Absolutely love the game, we recently downloaded the pc version as well, to play around with Mods and texture packs.
2) Custom maps --- I'd like to be able to make a world using the world-painter on my computer, and then put that save on my flash drive, and then play in on my Xbox. Also, I'd like to be able to use command blocks like Hypixel uses, so we could join in the map making world.
3) Download other's maps --- We should be able to share worlds; like if you guys wanted to play my CTT game, I should be able to put my map on here for others to download, and vice-versa.
4) World Size --- I know that this is kind of an issue with the Xbox more-so than the game, but I'd like for the next Xbox to have at leasy quadruple the world size, (2048x2048) and up to like 200 height? Mountains would look soooo good.
5) Better World Generation --- This is probably the most important. Every world I make always looks almost identical. I'd like to make a survival world that I can explore and be in awe of like I was when I first started playing Minecraft. It might just be me, but after playing Minecraft for around 7-9 months, there's nothing really fresh in the sense of world generation. Minecraft seems to have lost it's magic, and I wish it would come back.
1. No dedicated servers.
2. Small map sizes.
3. No visible fish in water.
4. Gets to endgame level fast and starts getting very repetitive.
5. Lag especially on multiplayer.
I tried to add a few things that aren't going to be fixed if I play PC version.
Seems to me like lots of problems could be fixed with dedicated servers. Hint hint

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
#1 Texture Packs!!!... I love texture packs
#2 Lag Issues
#3 Bigger maps
#4 Commands for multiplayer (/here, /back, etc.)
#5 Skins
This isn't to say I don't like the xbobx mc, I just wish these were available.
I don't generally complain about the pace of development of the game on xbox or the relatively short time between updates, but I am getting tired of a few things (including defending the above mentioned development and pace). I like this game and like to see the development, but I know people are leaving it over some of these.
My list in order of importance:
#1 - Nether fortress spawning is still broken. Map 72299 is an example and I know there are more.
#2 - lacking blocks/rare blocks/features -
Lacking
Upside down stairs (pocket edition already has it)
Upsidedown slabs (pocket edition already has it)
Different color planks for each wood time.
The redstone activated glowstone lights.
Ocelots ( I know, coming later...)
Jungle Biome ( I know, coming later...)
Rare
Moss stone - its in too short of supply, gimme or more or make it craftable
Mossy stone brick - Less of a problem, but still.
#3 - POV - move it to the D-pad already!
#4 - Variety -
Doors - I would like to be able to get 1 or two more types of doors, fanciers ones. with oak and gold, or oak and iron.
Colored glass would be nice
#5 - This was hard. I almost complained about render distance. I considered whining again about the rediculous number of Creepers. But, For me #5 is the Texture Pack. I would pay for texture packs.
Nothing has kept me from playing, but I have had some minor issues/additions I would like to see addressed hopefully in the future.
1. Server Rental - Battlefield 3 has it, I would like to see it implemented into Minecraft. I would like to just hop on someones server with set rules rather than decide amongst my friends on whos world we should play on.
2. Bigger Worlds - More exploration/building room
3. Texture Packs - Please?
4. DLC - Maybe add some XBL only additions?
5. Rendering issues/world lag - not really a complaint, but rendering can take a while, and people (friends, including me) can get lagged out of world. Sometimes, multiple times in row. Can be quite annoying.

Curse PremiumOh yeah, I totally forgot about this PC feature. That's a big hangup for me too.

Other that these, they're doing okay.
