I will address the first 4 on the list below based on my personal experience:
1. Renaming - You cannot copy a gamesave to another device (e.g. USB) and then attempt to rename it and copy it back to the hard drive so that you would have two copies of the same world on your hard drive. Whenever I have attempted to put a renamed gamesave back onto the hard drive, the system has deleted the original gamesave. I suspect this is an intentional means of Microsoft protecting against gamesaves being hacked using other devices/computers.
2. Worlds failing to boot on 1st attempt - This sounds very much like an issue with your internet connection. I've never had this problem. Worlds have booted up on 1st attempt, each time, every time.
3. To the game, you are your profile and/or gamertag... so naturally, if you change that information, the system thinks of you as someone else. If that gamertag has not played Minecraft on that Xbox before, it naturally starts them at the beginning.
4. Wolfs - See Item No. 3. I would not to be able to keep my wolf when I'm essentially coming into the game as someone else.
YOu can though create the would twice with the same number so you can have one under creative to search for mob spawners in creative then go to you suvival map an go to the X Y and Z and fin them there that is what I do
just that seed number 48954548 I just made that up and create a totaly different name for it and your go to go, this way you can xray the snot out of it and find every thing in this word including the ender portal. it is a bloclk for block copy...
I do this all the time so I can have a perfect world and find diamonds, coal what ever I want out the a$$
just open a note pad and write it all down so you can take it to your survial world
Or you could just play the game and find them... also with the animals on the cliffs thing...I do find it sometimes annoying to see it but never have I ran out of animals to kill off so its not that big of an issue really.
It seemed like a certain piece of redstone dust wouldn't power off after the input went off. Destroying it turned it off, but the redstone just got stuck on powered until it was replaced. As said, I need to confirm it's a glitch & not my design, but it should've worked from the looks of it. I'll check later.
Ive had this happen a couple times. I think the redstone is receiving an incorrect block update. Destroy any blocks that are diagnal from the glitched dust. It worked for me.
I did some experimenting and found that falling into a 1-block deep pool of water does nothing to reduce fall damage; it's as if there was no water there at all. In addition, falling into 2 blocks of water will not reduce damage, but instead will remove all damage until you fall around 46 blocks (including the water) when it will be an instant death. I was under the impression the level of the water would reduce the normal damage by a certain amount per block of water.
EDIT: A little more exploring on the Wiki showed me that before 1.4.3, the PC version was this way. However, I still think this should be fixed.

Yes, I already know that you can duplicate a seed by retyping the seed string in manually when creating the duplicate of the world seed. However, that does not create a copy of the player's changes in that world, so it is not the same thing as was being discussed by VincentV.
I actually agree with him that it would be nice to see a simple in game copy feature added to the game; however, I still suspect that the current way it doesn't work is not a bug; but an intentional means of preventing 2 copies of the exact same world existing on the HDD under different names. It may be related to Microsoft's and 4J apparent reluctance to facilitate the sharing of gamesave files among different players (even brothers on the same Xbox). That would therefore make it, technically, not a bug.
When using the rename feature, I find I don't have any problems as long as I avoid renaming the world's I have backed up on USB. That is, I just leave my backups with the same name as the original world on the HDD. If I decide to revert back to my USB backup, I first delete the original world on the HDD (even though it may have a different name than an earlier backup) and then just use the dashboard copy feature to copy the backup world onto the HDD. I haven't accidentally "lost" a world since taking these precautions.
I've reported ths bug earlier but this time with a screenshot. What happens is when we are mining near the edge of the world (level 15-20) the last chunk seems to regenerate itself sometimes. The effect underground is that the ore that is mined returns and above ground it creates trees native to the biome. In the screenshot you can see that the chunk was a swamp biome and changed to a tiaga biome in the last update. This is a 1.6 world so neither should be present in the world. Gave me both vines and fir trees which i had neither of so happy with that but it shouldnt be. The land is terraformed btw (animals kept spawning in the ocean there so we went all Dutch and turned it into land), we never put anything on it, it is supposed to be empty grass blocks but as you see it isnt anymore lol.
World details: 1.6 release world, played in survival, normal, online modus, both in splitscreen and in single player (online).
Ive had a variation of this when i was making a transit tunnel underground i would be digging in an almost endless stone area. Every time i saw this i would save and exit and come back to gravel falling on me or lava/water flowing out of the walls or ceiling and ores that never showed up before the save. This is the full post i made.

Thanks for the info. They should patch these redstone dust glitches next update. Redstone & architecture are what you always do when there's nothing else to accomplish, so one being hindered is disappointing to me.

I agree. I have that same problem. Even if it doesn't appear later, it should be added because it's so annoying.
Edit: Also, I forgot to add: I remember another glitch. It has no downsides, but it's a glitch that can be used as a fun prank. Because of that, it doesn't have to be patched (it may have already), but I'm mentioning it anyways. If you place a block on a bed someone is sleeping in, they'll fall out. They're invulnerable, but you can use blocks to move them places. It's fun in multiplayer to do it to someone sleeping in a treehouse & push them off the tree.
I encountered a bug with online multiplayer where the chunks were unloaded unless the host was nearby and i fell off the edge of loaded chunks and kept falling and teleporting back up then falling again and i have not seen a bug fix for this yet.
1. Enchanted pickaxes with unbreaking (III) don't make a sound when they break.
2. Iron ore does not yield XP when mined.
3. Gold ore does not yield XP when mined.
I'm pretty sure the ores aren't supposed to give you XP when mined because you get XP when you smelt them... Wouldn't it be a little excessive to get XP when mining it and then get more XP for smelting it?

2. & 3. Why should it yeild XP? You get XP from smelting those 2 ores. I say 1 or the other, not both... Balance... I prefer getting xp from smelting so that is where I stand on that.

Lucky... I have a 1.7.3 world with neither of those things... and I don't want to go into creative... hmm... wonder if I can get this to happen... would be nice to get dark wood somhow... hmm... Problem is I don't have any snow on the edge of my map anywhere since the new update...>< Well I can still try and take a better look to see if I can. Thanks for the tip or hint or what ever this is. I know it will be fixed eventually so i guess might be a way to get spruce in my world...:D

There are 4 bugs with mushroom biomes:
1) Mooshrooms still seem to not spawn. I usually only find 2 per biome, no matter what size.
2) I have a world with 2 mushroom biomes, and only one spawns Mooshrooms.
3)The technical biome "Mushroom Island Edge" doesnt seem to exist in the xbox version yet, observed because patches of grass sometimes spawn on the biome, and are considered as "ocean" biome. Some hostile mob spawning happens (no passive mobs because they cant spawn in oceans). Many complaints about hostile mobs are caused by this.
4) Hostile mobs also sometimes spawn on top of huge mushrooms. Its really anoying.
i just got a bug where it counts me riding in a minecart as walking on a roughly 500 block track i also use gravity to propel myself down the track and that counts as falling not riding in a minecart does it have anything to do with the fact im in esy or peacfull my world has never ben in creativ
Just had a few very, very odd glitches... Both involving animals..
First was a glitch that I guess started last night. My friend said he walked past my wolf and the wolf attacked and killed him. I thought for sure he smacked it so I thought nothing of it... Just now I went to grab that same wolf to help me fight an Enderman and he refused to stand up and follow me. It was as if I didn't even own him! I hit him once to try and see if that fixed anything and he attacked me while sitting! Everytime I went near him he would leap at me but would not follow... Eventually I just killed him out of confusion and the fear that he would kill me.... What on Minecraft was that about?
Heres the second and less complicated glitch.. I spent hours trying to make a Calf/Cow seperator and I just gave up. Deciding that the collision dimensions were identical to the parents (My tests proved this). However, just now, I had a calf walk through a 1 block high area... Wtf?
Hey, i found a couple of bugs. my nether wart is not growing. Ive waited months in real life for any nether wart to grow, but it just won't grow. Another thing is that every update, all tamed wolves untame. They have the collor but they wont follow commands. Another one is that it lags on splitscreen when you open a crafting table, furnace, or any other solid container. Another thing is that wolves will randomly get up. I dont hit anything and he gets up. Thats about it.

Hmm. Well the first one involving nether wart, are you growing it in the regular world? Nether Wart can only currently grow in the Nether, hopefully a future update will change it so it'll grow in the overworld too. Perhaps those wolves were tamed by someone else? I've never had something like that happen so that's the only thing I could come up with. And wolves you tamed will get up and attack any mob or person who damages you. If you mean they just randomly stand up, but dont start moving then left trigger click them and they'll start moving then make them sit. I believe the cause of the bug is when you push them into blocks or walls, I've noticed my wolves standing when they get pushed into walls.

The first reason for looking at the files were
The map Seeds they did not provide this and a person provided me with the seed number from the save after telling me how to get this file, then they updated showing the seeds from then on, this was provide by a moderator I dont remember who they were. They were a very big help
The secound
I was looking at this because my file size changed during rename during the times of corruption when renaming a file would take it from 23mb down to 9mb
This felt was strange because I though during the renaming the data might have been getting lost in a copy array in memory and would explain for the file difference in size
This Reason being the last now file warning to overwrite being your problem and every one elses is
They don't change the name on the .bin file now they just change the name with in the file this is just useless I looked in to this because after renaming the world it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the save file on my usb stick wait they have to different names, so I thought.
After a closer look I found that in fact the file name was not changing at all this was why.
In the older version they renamed the files with a "t" or a "v" form the original "s" thus allowing for renaming of the file and name.
The six digits appear to be HHMMSS as a time stamp
Examples below:
SaveYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.bin TaveYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.bin <- new name VaseYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.bin <- new name
Now when you save the file always remains SaveYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.bin with the name still stored inside the file
Now with the remaning it is not renaming there is no reason to rename as the file name stays the same
They change the last 6 digits I dont know why the last six could be very imprtant and this is why they only changed the S to a T or V before I dont know
I encountered a bug with online multiplayer where the chunks were unloaded unless the host was nearby and i fell off the edge of loaded chunks and kept falling and teleporting back up then falling again and i have not seen a bug fix for this yet.
This is actually normal. If the host has a slow connection then everyone who joins is going to have chunk loading issues. The slower the connection of the host the longer it takes for the guest to load the chunks.
I'm having problems with my friend's not showing up on the game's you can join section. It's also not letting me connect when friend's send me game invites. I've already cleared my system cash, double checked my internet connection, and had my friend's do the same. please help.
