I am having trouble with Minecraft Xbox at the moment. When I load it up everything is fine until I click "Play Game". When I click "Play Game" the screen goes darker, the music shuts off, and when I load a map it is still very dark AND I cannot look up or down! I am also invisible for some reason.....
I have posted this same posting in the "Help and Support" thread so hopefully, I can get this issue resolved... Just thought I'd give the heads up...

I don't know for certain, but it could be that by some bug or prank that some of your settings (brightness, sensitivity, music volume?) have been set to the lowest levels. Try opening up the options menu and checking your settings and try adjusting them. Invisibility is a host option so check that too.
Here are all the bugs I've had. I don't know which ones other people have had because I made an account to report all these bugs. The amount from the newest update (ironically a bug patch of all updates) have motivated me to make an account to help you guys out. Because Minecraft is a sandbox game, I'd imagine it's a challenge to test it properly, so you're probably unfamiliar to most of these glitches. Some have remained for the past few updates; some are brand new to me. Some (like the wolf breeding issues I've had) seem to have gotten worse since the last patch. Hopefully you guys can fix 75% of these issues in the next update.
Renaming certain worlds can result in an error, & then they'll be deleted. (Started happening since Microsoft's server issues, but despite it being fixed, they're persisted ever since. If it wasn't for my cloud storage, I would've lost my main world forever. That might have something to do w/ it)
Worlds sometimes fail to boot up on your 1st attempt & say you've failed to connect to the world's server
Switching profiles from the menu forces you to re-do the tutorials & resets your global leaderboard stats
Wolf loyalty doesn't carry over w/ gamertag changes
Redstone dust & lighting lags ocassionally on chunk boundaries
Blocks lag when being mined (especially farmland)
One time, a creeper survived its own explosion. Literally. The smoke pixels cleared and it was still there. I ran past it & picked up my stuff to kill it later after I respawned in my house (I died outside it). Unless one spawned right where I died when the creeper blew up, it was the same one. However, it's only happened once.
Chickens & mooshrooms despawn around other mobs
Ghasts spawn multiple times faster than you can kill them
Slimes spawn around level 50 as well as 16 & below in certain chunks
Endermen's heads float when aggravated often & they cannot fight properly
Wolves kill each other after breeding unless bred far away from other mobs
Torch & ladder hitboxes are faulty when viewed at certain perspectives
Glass & piston textures display incorrectly when touching liquids
Chests & objects other than torches attached to a block (signs, ladders, etc.) flicker occasionally after being rendered a 2nd time when returning from outside the render distance. Replacing these objects doesn't fix the issue. Only happens in worlds affected by the 1.8 chest crash glitch
I haven't seen it in the newest update, but I never saw it under the fixed bugs list from the last update. One time, some grass looked like mycellium. Reloading my world fixed the issue, but I never mined it w/ my silk touch pick to see if it converted or had no biome. Considering it only happened once, it's probably no big deal
Edges of the world glow (not as much as they used to, but still noticable)
TNT physics are inconsistent (TNT can travel 3 blocks, or a good 40. You should try to make it less varied)
This isn't a bug, but here are 2 features that would be really useful:
A world copy button, to make copies of our world for creative mode
Make a painting selection screen, so I don't have to replace my paintings 20 times to get what I want
Slimes spawn around level 50 as well as 16 & below in certain chunks
According to the wiki, slimes will now spawn at y40 or lower.

if you place a block to close to yourself it will dissapear (But you still get it back)
When you get on your crafting table it laggs for a second, (When on multiplayer and another player gets on the crafting table laggs to)

Maybe this is what is happening to my mooshroom on my old world. Since I do have a sheep in the same pen as it.
As for the slimes they are suppose spawn in certain chunck y40 and below. It could be possible that y50 they wandered up from a y40 area that they spawn, as they move in a single direction. I could be wrong as I don't know your seed or the layout of your underground.
I actually wouldn't mind having pictures selectable when placing, you should add this to the Suggestion section for the xbox. That one is a good one I think.:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
1. Renaming - You cannot copy a gamesave to another device (e.g. USB) and then attempt to rename it and copy it back to the hard drive so that you would have two copies of the same world on your hard drive. Whenever I have attempted to put a renamed gamesave back onto the hard drive, the system has deleted the original gamesave. I suspect this is an intentional means of Microsoft protecting against gamesaves being hacked using other devices/computers.
2. Worlds failing to boot on 1st attempt - This sounds very much like an issue with your internet connection. I've never had this problem. Worlds have booted up on 1st attempt, each time, every time.
3. To the game, you are your profile and/or gamertag... so naturally, if you change that information, the system thinks of you as someone else. If that gamertag has not played Minecraft on that Xbox before, it naturally starts them at the beginning.
4. Wolfs - See Item No. 3. I would not to be able to keep my wolf when I'm essentially coming into the game as someone else.
I've been farming lately and have noticed a couple things that I believe to be bugs. The first of them is fences cause animals to spam jumping over and over again. Obviously because they assume the fence is a regular block, and animals will rush to the block if it means escaping the pen, or so it seems. This is quite frustrating as this does not happpen in the PC version of the game, and it is hard breeding the animals and terraforming around them.
The second of the bugs seems to be that sheep don't regrow their wool, even though my pen is comprised of only dirt and fences. I must assume that this has been reported before but this is a major disadvantage as sheep no longer have a use besides the initial shearing and to breed sheep for the sole purpose of the first shear. If this helps, which could be a factor to the problem, my pen is 5 blocks in length and 9 blocks in width.
Finally my final bug to report I just decided to figure out the cause of today, is that if you join a session and you're in a another application, such as the dashboard or a on disk game such as COD: Black ops 2, when minecraft loads up it will freeze once it reaches "Connecting to Host". Can also happen many times in a row, and can be annoying as you need to turn you're xbox off.
I'm wondering desperately if anyone has a fix for these bugs.
My friend mentioned this bug to me, and I even tested it, when in someone elses Creative mode or Survival mode server, and you throw a ender pearl up into the air and quickly leave the game the bug/result is as follows All remaining players in the game will have their Xbox's frozen until they restart their console.
It's a serious bug anyone who can kill a Enderman, could potentially freeze your world.
I'm still having a problem with animals despawning after breeding. I've built a fairly large farmhouse dedicated to reaching the goal of housing 2-4 of every color sheep, which took a lot of wood for slabs and fences. I think I remember hearing about how the fences could be causing the problems, as opposed to just using full blocks, but I thought the whole issue was fixed in the last update... Anywho, if anyone could give me some insight as to what I can do it'd be appreciated. Kinda frustrating living off of bread, apples, and melons. Lol (I'm having the problem with all animals, not just sheep.)
Also, when I shear my sheep they don't eat grass to regain their wool, so I'd have to breed more in order to continue getting the wool from that sheep, and in turn just kill the sheep I took the wool from already.
Also, after entering the nether I was spawned into an extensive cave which didn't lead to the surface. I don't know if this is a glitch or just my luck but figured I'd put it out there, it took me a while and alot of guesswork to mine a path out to the surface, especially since I play survival mode only.
I will address the first 4 on the list below based on my personal experience:
I was able to copy my worlds renaming them and now it doesn't work anymore. No update since the last attempt, it just stopped working for some random reason. I'd like to see a world copy button so I can back up my worlds (the reason I last attempted it) and see how they used to be / also have something to fall back on if a glitch deletes the world on both storage devices. I understand the gamertag thing, but it would be nice if the game changed wolf loyalty w/ your gamertag. I had a good 17 wolves to hunt w/, and I had to get a new pack to hunt w/. As for the loading thing, it's very rare, so I doubt it's my internet. Sometimes it's working smoothly, and then the loading starts getting really slow and one time, it gave that error I mentioned. My brother also got the other error I got when i renamed my world just saving it casually (no renaming) a few times. Shutting off the Xbox and not re-attempting the save / aborting it (2 options the error gives you) saves the world, so that's what he did. I think it's unintentional, because it happens in a variety of situations. Both worlds are our largest, around 19 MB if world size is related. Those are the 2 worlds that had the chest crash glitch too in 1.8. I forgot to mention that when pointing it out. My Xbox is new and most of my other games work fine. Just Minecraft & Halo 3 have save data issues (Halo 3 campaign save data deleted itself on the second to last level of all levels). Speaking of which, the redstone lag only occurs w/ redstone dust (not repeaters, etc.). The wolf thing is something I could care less for, but the save issues & redstone lag should be fixed.
Edit: Oh, and as for the leaderboard stats, they've reset 4 times, all when I press the dashboard button, sign out from my brother's account, & sign in to mine. It gives me an error, & next thing you know it's telling you how to jump again, etc. That's definitely a glitch. I was in the top few thousand in normal difficluty in multiple categories and then I was at last place all over again, so I'd like to see it fixed soon.
i lost all my enchantments when i had my gear (enchanted) in a chest that i destroyed, collected, then put it in a minecart chest to be pushed by furnace cart to another area, i then destroyed that minecart chest and my enchanted gear was all unenchanted.

I think changing wolf loyalty with a gamertag is a horrible idea... it would almost certainly enable players to "steal" wolves belonging to other players. I think all sorts of "griefing" might be made possible if the integrity of the gamertag/single player relationship was ever compromised.
Copying a renamed world back onto the HDD has never worked for me ever since the rename feature was added. When it first came in, I lost several worlds to what was believed to be a "rename bug." Later on, I connected the issue to specifically trying to put two copies of the same world onto the HDD by renaming the world I had copied onto the USB. As long as I avoid doing this, renaming has worked reliably and I have not lost another world in this way since.
ETA: I'm wondering if your renaming issue might also have something to do with your flopping between your account and your brother's. Gamesaves are also "owned" by individual gamertags and if you try to rename a gamesave that does not belong to the gamertag signed in as player 1, there is a warning that comes up regarding the ownership of the file. I'm not near my Xbox, so I can't tell you exactly what that message says; but it might be something worth your consideration as to what may be causing your issue.

This is a legacy bug from the 1.0.1 version of Minecraft on the PC.

You can't have a gamertag someone else already has, so you can't grief w/ it. Having it in sync w/ your account is perfect. I do think the renaming glitch is related to my ability to copy worlds, but other copied worlds function perfectly (including renaming them). They should patch these issues & add a real copy button. As for the leaderboard glitch, I believe it's due to the game failing to load your player info & resetting it. If a save fails, that's what the game does: delete what it tries to update. They should re-do the system for logging in / out to make it function properly. There's another glitch I think, but I need to make sure it's not my redstone design. It seemed like a certain piece of redstone dust wouldn't power off after the input went off. Destroying it turned it off, but the redstone just got stuck on powered until it was replaced. As said, I need to confirm it's a glitch & not my design, but it should've worked from the looks of it. I'll check later.
Ok, this has been an issue for a while now but it's getting to extreme proportions... See screenshot, I mean seriously... :/
In comparison to me, you don't know how lucky you are. You think that's bad? I've got a 10 block deep dud cave (you can see the dead end from the cliff it ends so early), and there's about 4 / 5 sheep, 2 cows, a chicken or two, and 3 pigs. They need to improve mob pathfinding.
Ok I found a bug but its kind of scary.....at least to me. When I was mining in my regular personal world I was running on peaceful to get home so I can make a diamond pick axe so I can make a nether portal but while I was running I got randomly attacked and almost died I was the host so I know nobody was invisible, also I played this legit so yea. This happened 5 times and I'm now officially about to delete game save but this was first world I found diamonds on and when I saved it said "We think 4J Studios removed Herobrine but, we are not sure."
So is it a bug that I got attacked when nobody's there?

Several items on your list are not bugs and the explanations for them already appear within this thread.
1.
