My wooden door is constanly making the opening and closing noise and it won't stop.
I have no troubles with other doors just the one and I tried removing everything around the door including the door itself.
At first I thought it was lag then I thought it was and redstone circuit above or below my door opening another door just to mess with me but there is nothing no blocks anymore and there is still noise coming from the area where it used to be.
I destroyed all blocks around it in creative mode but the noise remains.
Have you tried leaving the world and reloading it? Or, try deleting the game and redownloading it. That usually seems to fix a large majority of peoples small issues.
One of your friends might have hid a circuit under your house opening/closing another door to annoy you. If not, it might be him opening/closing it when your not looking. If either of those aren't it, good luck:)
