So i managed to finally get around to fooling around in my neither and using the ender perl and ladder glitch my why through the bedrock at the top layer, bud sadly can't place any blocks.
Was wondering if anyone managed to find a way to build on top?
there is no way to do so on the 360 version, and you cannot port back through to the nether with a pearl. only ways to get back is to reload, or keep throwing pearls until you die, if you have that many.

It is impossible to build outside of the Nether or Overworld.

And you can get back just save and exit, when you reload your back at your bed.
