I'm sorry? I don't understand what you mean. Can you be a little more specific, such as when this started, or if it's limited to certain parts of the game or certain users?
Also, the game hasn't even been out for a year yet. I'd know, I got it a week before it came out. (Mid-May.)
When you buy an arcade game it goes onto your live profile and downloads a content license to your xbox. I'd try clearing your cache first. it will force it to check the license. Link for how to do that follows:
