ok i have split-screen off, 2 wireless controllers and 2 accounts for both controllers to use.
but i cant seem to get it to work... anyone know how to do multiplayer on the same console?

same console and i dont know what tv i have but i do know that its not HDTV wich is why split screen is off.

Sadly, that's the only way to play Splitscreen. You need an HD tv, or at least a computer monitor with either the HDMI port, or the Xbox 360 VGA cables to achieve the correct resolution to play splitscreen.

That is the only way to play on the same console together. If not, you will need two Xbox 360s, two xbox live gold accounts, and a way for them both to be hooked up to the internet.
