I'm looking for an Xbox seed that has all of the properties listed.
One large village. I like doing things with my villagers, and getting them all together from multiple villages is annoying. So just one big village.
The village has to be put together decently. I love having my villages set up with no flaws. It's so annoying when they have a revene going through them or something like that. I don't mind a few small generation issues, but nothing major.
If possible, have the village is a very flat and big area, easy for building.
Try out Bobloblaw if you turn around at the spawn you should see the village it's a decent size and it's pretty flat. There is also another village nearby but I haven't explored it yet.
