We had this discussion a long time ago back around the time the game came out.
I took pictures of almost every single item on the PC at that time to see if I could find one that matched. Out of everything, the fire block, which can only be gained through mods on the PC, is the only thing that matched.
Thus, everyone concluded, it's the fire block. Which 4J would have access to because they have developers versions of the game.
This is a list of every single item that can be held in your hand recognized the Minecraft Xbox 360 Editions .xex, and the item ID (Updated with TU8). They can be obtained via Xbox 360 Modding, which I would recommend not doing. Its basically any item that in the game, can be held. Some clearly must be injected as they can't be mined. Some objects like wool and the monster spawners, are the same code. They have different damage settings to decide color of the wool/type of monster spawner. There's loads of what could be considered 'hidden' items already there.

Curse PremiumLooks like the fire item? I don't play Xbox 360, but that's what the fire item looks like on Desktop.
