The only somewhat hollow ones I have ever seen was in a pc mod...>< Which happens to be the big trees mod or something like that.
I don't see that coming to minecraft truly, as it is a mod for one, and the other reason would be it is a lot of programming that would add to generation.
There is no in game tree that is hollow...

The tree was made by Minecrafted. They do the pimp my minecraft videos.
Also, the jungle trees will be 2x2, just like they are in the PC version most likely.
