Hello,
My son just downloaded Minecraft on his xbox 360. He has been playing on my laptop for months but wants to move over to the xbox.
Well, he finally did it and is having trouble. He can't get the furnace to show up in his crafting table.
Any suggestions?

you must have the materials in your inventory to make the furnace (8 cobblestone). In the crafting table the furnace is under the crafting table section. There is a wood plank in the upper left hand corner move the left stick on the controller 3 spaces right to the craft table and the furnace should be under that.
To the same point (Question of where the furnace is was answered above) you guys may want to just look through the crafting table an scroll through each of the itmes the have arrows pointing up & down when they're highlighted, just to get aquianted with where everything else is as well since this crafting style is very different than the PC version. There's a ryhm/reason to everything, but it's sometimes hard to see.
