This has been bugging me since TU7 came out and it doesn't seem like 4J is going to fix it. I'm talking about animal spawning and the fact that breeding is pointless. For some reason every time I turn around there are about 40 animals just watching me build. I have tried to kill all the animals but they just spawn over and over and over again. I just find breeding to be pointless due to the fact that animals are unlimited and despawn often, even when in a pen less than 20x20. Why would I want to breed them when I could just kill as many as I want and just have them spawn again. Not to mention that when building they constantly get in the way by jumping in holes or standing where I'm placing blocks.
Animal spawning needs to be fixed, they are only supposed to spawn once per chunk and have a very very low chance of spawning another animal on that chunk. The animal spawning is just out of control.

Someone will kill off every animal in the map and be left with naught for quite some time.
Granted the spawning still needs fixed, though....

Lol it would take a very long time for someone to kill ALL of your animals....not to mention that we have an option to turn that off...
