First, turn off auto save (if you haven't already)
Start a new seed from the seed list and pick one that is listed to have a nether fortress and blaze spawner, and make sure you start the seed in survival mode.
Next, save, and exit. Reload the seed and switch to creative mode. Make a nether portal, go directly to the nether fortress and confirm netherwart and blaze spawner. Once you have, quit WITHOUT saving!
Note: if there was no blaze spawner, you need to delete the seed and start over at the top of this list!
Reload seed and select Survival mode and play knowing your seed is sound!
As long as you do NOT save while in creative mode, you will not have leaderboards or achievements disabled on your seed.
There is a bug where blaze spawners are not always generating between survival and creative modes on worlds. So this may not work. If you want a sure-fire way of getting all of that then just wait and create your map after the TU8 bug fix.

That's true but I have found that if I find several of those platforms that blaze spawners are on then at least one will have it in survival mode.
Or, you could just wait for the bug fix that is coming soon. 4J changed the Nether Generation so that a Nether Fortress, Blaze Spawners, and Nether Wart will always 100% spawn in the Nether.
