A week a go i bought Minecraft and i was exploring the land but then i see a village and i kill all the villagers and steal their things, but anyway ¿In Xbox edition what to do with them?
There hasn't been any word on whether we are getting emerald ores or not but I doubt we are getting them in the next update. They where added after 1.2.3 which should be the next version we are updating to.
Sadley The end is only going to be in the next update, but once that and the bug fixes are out of the way 4J studios will be able to start working on stuff like spawn eggs and trading.
I would suggest using the villagers as something aesthetic such as traders (which is really what they are), or shopkeepers, or something like that. On this picture from a server thread you can see this. Click here to see it.
