I would like to recreate my Xbox, Minecraft map on another software but I can't seem to find a way to capture the image. If I try the post to facebook funtion it automatically hides the interface including everything in Steve's hands. Have any advice?

lol, did you read his post? I use my pvr for 360 screenshots, gets great quality and easy to do.
