In my old world, I threw all my Villagers in proison for the entire game. But the thing is, that took me around 5 hours to get them all in. I don't want to it again. Have any other suggestions for things I could do with the villagers? (I always live in villages)
make an amusement park made just for the villagers? something I saw in docm77's prior season of let's play. After all you can get them into minecarts. Why not give them something to do as well walling off the village to keep them more like an entertainment merry go round' that amuses themselves.:D

Alternatively you could reenact the scene from Final Fantasy 6 when Kefka poisons the moat in Doma Castle. Cause I hate, hate, hate, HAIT YOU! Insert Kefka laugh.
if only u could round the villagers up like animals to wheat and seeds. then u could get them in the prison easier lol, im suprised u have the patience the first time to push them all into one spot.
I built paths out of dirt for them to follow so they had only 1 direction to go.

i made a suggestion earlier to maybe holding a gold nugget or ingot would get them to follow you.
I built a platform at sky limit level that completely covers the village, then dropped hundreds of buckets of lava around it, then built a 12 x 12 obsidian tower next to village. The tower goes all the way to bedrock. All this in the name of oppression. They can try and tunnel out, they can try and jump through the lava, or they can they can attempt to go through the tower. The tower goes from bedrock to sky limit, and has a wooden plank stairway around it (not stair pieces). Every plank is attached to a sticky piston on the outside, so at any point walking to the top I can pull one lever and retract them all, leaving a sheer wall and them falling to their death. But even if they make it to the top there is no where to go, just a bed to sleep on.
Then in another village I just kept expanding it with small houses, some bigger houses and special houses, a park or two and town square.
Wow. I actually like the villagers except for when they get in my wheat, melon, and pumpkin farms. Then I just put up a fence. My friend and I actually just forced 2 villagers to move into a new area that I just built with a caste and town in front of it. I am trying to get one villager per house.
i like the villagers and only kill ones that are blocking doors in houses im using. do they respawn if you kill them all like animals or if you take their village apart for the raw materials?
Let nature do its thing as they all fall into the well.
