That would give a few people a reality check. Also, I tried making a thread similar to this, but the mods hate rebellion and locked it. I was just trying to prove a point, but noooo, mods think Im ranting and lock it. I even put in the tags, NOT A RANT.
I think a totally separate Wiki would go a long ways to making the differences clearer to everyone; but I think we're probably still a ways away from getting something like that.

Well that's all up to the community. Not sure why nobody has tried this before, I think a lot of the members here would be up for it. And it would need a redstone section.*hint*hint*wink*wink*nudge*nudge*
Back on topic... On a serious note, perhaps not a full disclaimer, but something. Maybe as one of the slogans on the main menu, even in the description in the game's details. Though after being around this section for awhile it seems like people don't like to read those either.
Only if it takes up the entire screen with large, bold red font, & stays on-screen for five or so seconds before going into the main menu, otherwise no one will see it, nor read it.
Disclaimer:
This is not, & will never be, the same as the PC version!

That'd be nice, but it would be annoying for those of us who are fully aware that it's not the PC version and are completely ok with it... Maybe an acknowledge feature for it...
I think right after the MS, Mojang, and 4J logos there should be a disclaimer page, dismissed only after pressing A, that reads:
Note: This is the Xbox version of Minecraft. It has been modified from the original with specific enhancements and changes to optimize your Xbox experience.

I like it.. I'd just perhaps avoid the world "modified" - it's a trigger with the PC modders. Perhaps substitute "it has been developed from the original..."

The disclaimer would state something along the lines of "This is not the PC version of the game."
(I'm half joking and half being serious)
Though 4J has said on more than one occasion that they're different games and time will further the gap.
Edit: Tried saying the bad version of pee, but it censored it. Thats why it says "ed".

Retired StaffThat has always irked me. They should change the filter to replace the shunned words with asterisks instead of simply erasing it.
"Censorship ****ing sucks."
instead of
"Censorship ing sucks."
As it stands, everyone looks like they're making typos or trying to invent new slang.
