- Bigger Worlds (2000x2000 would be enough I guess to have ALL biomes at a decent size in every world)
- Exclusive types of animals (land, water, air)
- Different colored wood
- Colored glass blocks
- Better AI
- Anvils
- HD Texture Packs of any season which changes automatically
- More stuff for decoration
I would pay a decent amount of money if that all would be possible and be done.
This one looks good for me +1 because I don't have to write my own list.
Single player commands or the ability to type stuff into the chat like you could in the pc version. if you have a keyboard or a type pad you could just type without opening the window, if you don't have either of those two you would have to press start and select chat and it will open a window for you to type in commands.
I would ask for the aether mod and tropicraft because both of those are pretty awesome, and I would also like to be able to go to the end and it would be convenient if they had texture packs available in the marketplace as DLC for Minecraft and would have all the good ones available. It would also be nice if they added more animals like horses, bunnies, ocelets etc. and maybe another idea would be like to have an "African" biome where there are lions and stuff and you coukd hunt like gazelles for food. My final idea is that they add like challenge and adventure maps in the marketplace instead of having to transfer them from your PC to your Xbox; you could just download them for free and they could have like the Great Pyramid challenge map or Zombie Apocalypse adventure maps and stuff like that...I thought those would be good ideasAnother cool idea would be able to craft emerald tools and armor
Anvils, colored planks, more mobs(especially 360 exclusive ones), ability to craft nether brick, stackable potions, removal or ability to disable the random of the aspect of enchanting, and all the bugs fixed.
But I would trade all these for the ability to map the buttons on there 360 controller to your liking instead of having to choose from one of three generic layouts. Or at the VERY least, the ability to disable camera angle p.o.v. changes. I hate trying to fight a gang of mobs when I keep randomly pressing to hard and cycle the camera view. Worst button location I've ever seen.

Ahhh.... Internet Forums... Longtime Jurisdiction of a large, faithful force of steely-eyed Grammar Police.
I believe they said the End won't be in the next update, sooo a few little things that'd be nice until then:
-If it is feasible for them, an increase to world size would be very welcome.
-Spawn Eggs
-Upside down stairs.
-It'd be cool if they brought the anvil forward.
-Ender Chests
-Ocelots
-Maybe adding custon potion effects in creative (making a potion that has multiple effects).
-Adding more of the potion effects.
Basically, since the End isn't coming yet, I wouldn't mind if some of the less extravagant features got moved forward, or in the case of things made for map makers (and thus impossible to just transfer to the 360) altered for 360 usage. The really big update is coming, so for now I wouldn't mind a few of the above features, to hold us over. I know a few of these features aren't minor, but one can dream. All things said, I'm not expecting a TON in the next update, I'm saving that excitement for when they implement the End.

Things I am hoping for, and want to come in future updates.
PC has these, and I'd like Xbox to get them soon
-Up side down slabs and stairs
-Corner stairs
-Different wood types
-Jungle biome
-Height limit increased from 128 to 256 (Really big one for me. I got a metropolotan city I'm working on, and I can't make it look similer to Chicago with out a 256 height limit)
New things that are not on the PC and I hope they have. Some, the Xbox 360 version could really use. These have a much less chance of being put in.
-DLC texture packs
-Upload worlds to the public like on Halo. Including a file share
-Save a friends world on your Xbox like on Pocket Edition
-Some form of an official world edit for PC, Xbox 360, and Pocket Edition for Creative Mode. It would be ingame like the World Edit mod on the PC
The official world edit tool would allow you to:
-Cut, Delete, Copy, and Paste selections, Change biomes, Set and Lock the time of day, Generate trees,Generate snow, Pritty much everything thats on the World Edit mod on the PC.
-Save selections and load them on other worlds.
-Selections can be uploaded to a database, much like the world idea, and they are able to be downloaded and be used on the Xbox 360, Pocket Edition, or PC Edition.
-Permissions can be set to Everyone, Friends only, Host only, and Host only plus players with the world edit box checked on their username in host options.
-Blocks that are not on the version of the game the selection is downloaded to are turned into ether air, a different block, or a block that shows that the id is missing.
In this order: 1. Omnipresent Nether Fortresses/naturally occurring Blazes and Nether Wart. Tied with Custom Map Creator -- Something like VoxelSniper, or even just a simple Biome Changer. 2. Upside down stairs and slabs.
3. Dynamic Shadows/Auto-arranging stairs (tied).
4. Sandstone Stairs AND Craft-able Nether Bricks.
Adding the Unbelievable Shaders from the PC would most likely cause Minecraft to no longer run on the Xbox 360.
Yeah, tons of other games have that kind of shadowing. However please point out another game where it's world is made up of million of blocks that you can manipulate however you want. That kind of dynamic shadowing would have to keep up with how you manipulate the world. If you blow a huge hole in your world with TNT, the Xbox 360 processors, which are already barely run Minecraft, would then have to keep up and put the shadows in that hole you just blew. The game processes everything in real time. That is why you need one hell of a PC to use that Shader mod.Like I said, I've seen people's PC that can run Minecraft at around 300 frames per second. They added the shader mod and it dropped their frames per second all the way to about 70 or 80.
Until they optimize Minecraft more, if they can, there is no way that shader mod could ever be applied to the Xbox 360 Edition.
Well, maybe in the new Xbox, supposedly the new Xbox spec got leaked. And it's pretty much awesome all the new hardware
Here is the link, it's in Spanish but you could see an image to see the specs
Disclaimer: this link provide info that may be not completely true, also it says that the new Xbox might get a much powerful processor and hardware. The page it's a reliable source of technology news.
Infinite worlds! I know this is unlikely but I really like being able to (on the pc version) get tired of my little section and then just move on to a new part however far away I want. At least double the world size and make the 'border' less obvious. Maybe when you look at the border, there is 'terrain' generated as far as you can see, but just an invisible wall. This might sound annoying but it would be cool to be forced to place your own notification (a giant no entry sign, landmines here, torch on a block of dirt, etc) when you hit the edge, kinda forces you to literally travel to the edge of the world for purpose of discovery. Or maybe a literal landmine system that automatically generates. I dunno just throwing ideas around. But bigger worlds are a must for survival.
I don't know anything about programming or any of that stuff but is the world height above Y:128 empty RAM?
I saw in a post that they can use that to increase world size. But I don't know.
Redstone laser could be used for mining or as a weapon or trap it would have an infinite range when used for mining it would work like a pick and not destroy the blocks as for the speed it mines at it would need to be fast enough to be useful but not a one hit ko so it's not overpowered the laser could either be a continous beam or it could be a pulse laser
Danny Trejo skin. Flying Spaghetti Monster. Bigfoot. Chupacabra. Jetpack that runs on redstone for survival or at least a grappling hook (that line on the fishing rod is strong enough to yank a cow like 7 blocks closer to you, why can't it be used as a grappling hook?). A redstone powered blender. Less mushrooms and more pepperoni. Extra cheese. Thick crust. Different color dirt, the darker stuff that the guy at the flower section in Wal Mart calls "top soil". MP3's instead of discs (c'mon, it's 2013!). Throw rugs. More paintings. The ability to craft vines into whips for more realistic cattle herding. 2 pistons + iron ingots + 2 iron bars + redstone = The Terminator.
They probably are, because they don't want us to know they could put a lot more content in the game. It would cost them to do so, you want to keep your customers in the dark as much as possible about your workings. Wouldn't you? Would you want to let them know everything that you were able to do, only to have them keep bugging you about doing it when it would take a crap load of time and money, and make them mad when you don't do it? You aren't giving the 360 much credit in terms of performance.
360 sucks in terms of performance. Any nerd and his dog could tell you that one.
In terms of the question of the topic, I'd like to turn off particles. That's it. I hate them with a burning passion.

Downloadable Maps for microsoft points, maybe have themed skins withem. Create your sprite when you start a world like the PS3 game 3-D Dot Hero. Higher top on your world, so you can build higher. being able to read enchantments so you know what your gitting. Neather Fortresses that are smaller, but more then 1 per world. Other spawners besides Blaze Spawners in a N. Fortress. Evil Villagers, so you can take Bounty Missions from villagers. Different looking villagers like cops. Evil twisted versons of animals in the Neather. Poison lakes in the Neather. Make it so your Portals show up on your map. Neather maps readable. villages mark on your map. Landmarks readable on your map. Last but not least already mentioned Downloadable Maps like Hyrule, New York, Farm, Equestria, Japan, With themed skins, and Volcanos

New sounds could be skipped to make Xbox version different.

the best of all it would be a file sharing system!!!! so you can share your maps
I saw in a post that they can use that to increase world size. But I don't know.
