Ok so hope someone can help me. I have only 1 friend on my Xbox that can't join my games, even when I invite him. I can't join his. I can't joint or he can't accept a chat or party invite. What is going on cause this is just unacceptable in my eyes.

For the friend thing, if you both have an open NAT type, then it's probably an unfixable problem. I have a friend who I cannot connect with without having someone to mediate the connection (i.e. someone else in the party/game). We don't know how or why this is, we both have acceptable connections and open NAT types.
I did some searching a while back, and others have had the same issue, with no resolution.
The best I can tell you is to try and get someone else to connect to you, then invite your friend. If it doesn't work, then it might just be one of your connections.

Lol j/k. But really, if he is the only friend you cant chat/play with, then its his settings. If you cant play with anybody, its yours.
