ya man who doesn't want to adapt there old world to the new things and survive. I do play on new worlds I ussually play my other worlds when I'm with my friends though.
No, I did not buy the XBox game until mid-June (just a day or so before the 1st bug fix was released). No, I do not still have my very first world. I regularly go through several worlds and don't tend to "get married" to any of them. I prefer to play each world as "rounds" of the game, deleting the world after dying once (like hardcore, although I normally don't play on hard difficulty) or a maximum of three times. I enjoy the starting over in a new world and building up as far as I can without dyring.
I do have one world from 1.7.3 that has my Route 66 tourist trap town that I'm still building on occasionally as ideas come to me. In that world, I really don't care that it will never have all the latest terrain features and some of the blocks that have been added since I started it. I'll probably continue to revisit occasionally as long as a the game still reads the file itself; but if for some reason it won't read it someday, I won't consider it a major catastrophe. It's just a game.
I only watched my cousin for a couple weeks playing it before I was able to get it a week or so before the 1.7.3 patch.
I am not sure about the first world, because I from the start was generating and deleting many worlds. Till I found a few. I did stick with one, that I call my primary world, from the era. Still go back to it every so often to do this and that, and to see how the updates affected it. always have a back up of each in each version that I make them in. Of course now I have like several worlds that I kept mainly for the landscape it offered from 1.7.3, and a few from 1.8.2. Now I have a few more for the current version.
I'll keep making new maps when needed, as I am continually looking for the Ultimate map that is just for me...:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I've had it since launch day, & I've also had the PC version since the early beta stages. But no, I do not have any of first worlds. 5 of my worlds crapped out on me & decide they would throw constant freezing tantrums. & they just so happened to be the first five worlds I created on the Xbox version.
Got mine about Aug- Mid Sept- and then my pre 1.7.3 world glitched out horribly, so I quit playing and have been starting a new world with each update, Since I hate using creative to update the features.. If it was up to me though, I'd still be using my pre 1.7.3 world if it was working smoothly.

Check it out for awesome tutorials and constant content!
I had it since launch or within a week or less of launch anyways, got it off of a contest from PlayXBLA.com
I've stopped using my first world, haven't deleted it, I've actually still have a save of every world I've made, but I have no desire to go back to any of them really, I'd rather always start a new world under each update.
day it came out. never heard of minecraft till my friends introduced me to total miner, then told me minecraft will coming to xbox. looked up minecraft and was blown away. still enjoying every moment. No first world each update started up a new world
I got it the first day it came out. Had been waiting for it since it was announced. I still use my first world as my main world. I have messed around with new worlds for other updates, but haven't kept them. I plan on starting over once the next update comes out though.
Still on my first world as well. It grows at least a little bit daily. Have more than covered map with empire including above and below ground as well. Really, really need the world expander on xbox one for transferred 360 worlds to be implemented ASAP. Cant wait to expand it out. Have moved just to see how well increased chunk load speed and render distance looks on the one, beautiful. But, I'm still just building on the 360 and only use the Xbone to DL the free games with gold and use game dvr to do few MC videos when i redownload the world from 360 weekly or so. Wish they would at least tell us how high up on priority list expander is....
Oh, random bumpers, giving me an excuse to post in a 2013 topic.
Unfortunately my original world was deleted by that obnoxious renaming bug, but my recreated TU6 version is still alive and well...with far, far too many resources for its own good (68 diamond blocks may be a little overkill for a legit SSP)....
Yes, necrobump a few posts up. But now that we're here . . .
My "gargamel" seeded world from a couple of years back is still my main survival world. I've built that up and organized it a great deal, with a nether railway-and-portal transportation system to zip across the main points in the overworld at 3X speed. I've recently started a new one, with a seed I found in the Seeds forum here, that features all the biomes. That let me see all the new generated structures for the first time. Villages, nether fortresses, temples, mineshafts--quite entertaining. Cocoa-bean and melon farming too.
I stayed up all night to grab the game within the first hour of it appearing in the store. First world I made was on the Glaicer seed. I worked on that world in pure survival nonstop for a long time. Once 1.8 came out I stopped working on it. I still have it however, I go back and look at it sometimes.
