I am looking for a decent seed to use within the xbox version there are a feww things I would like to have as follows:
A decent amount of relatively flat preferably plains land
A decet size lake near the flat land
A decent size lake or river I am looking to build a boat possibly multiple boats
I also want a decent nether with a blaze spawner
If possible a mushroom biome but this isnt a priorty.
