I don't really like it going in a different direction of the PC really. I'll consider it a bit longer.

Sounds to me that if what you want is the same PC experience guaranteed, you should probably play the game on the PC. For me, that it will eventually go its own way and we'll be able to receive a few "surprises" in future updates is a bonus that makes the XBox version worth buying even if you already own the PC version. Otherwise, I would see no point in owning 2 versions of the the exact same game.
