I'm not getting angry. I just find it unbelievably hard to comprehend that people can't see a damn thing in the pictures. I mean, Ragnarock couldn't even see the tree's, or the bloody dirt. Really? lol (no offence)
My laptop is not new, & it's not old either, but I can make out the pictures perfectly, & not because I spent all the time building the terrain, but because I CAN see everything quite clearly.
You should make a shrine on the floating island, but make it so that it's a shrine to a nether portal.
Nice. Well, I did make a shrine sort of thing, but it's the shrine of Kagutaba. No idea. I just whipped it up within a half hour. Needs a few more things before it's finished.

I need to give out more reputation. I'm not used to the system, but I see so many helpful posts. D: Sorry if I forget you!
Thanks. Well, it's pretty much finished. I've decided I'm going to add in the port with an underground storage facility sort of thing. But I'm stumped as to what should go inside of it. I don't want to leave it empty. That would be too easy. I was thinking some chests & maybe some shelving? So, ideas on that would be helpful.
OP, it sounds to me like you're going ahead with your own ideas anyway (and you've said some pretty harsh things about people with low vision), so I'm not going to bother trying to give you any more of mine. Someday, when you get to be my age and your vision starts to fade a little, perhaps you'll understand where I'm coming from.

No please, I would really like to hear them. All I've got going is the ship, dock, storage facility, & maybe a few small houses around the dock. But i still have a lot of land that needs some features added to them. Be it buildings, caves, whatever!
have you ever thought of making an underground ravine look like a mine? As in scaffolding, bridges, walkways, storage areas, rail lines, shafts, living quarters for the miners, elaborate decor for the busy areas, and digging out a few places along it to make a nice mining village in the earth.
Just a thought. It is kinda what I have been doing with one of my ravines that I found underground below a village in a desert...lol

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

No, I haven't. But that is a damn good idea! Unfortunately, this hunger games map was built on a superflat world, so no ravines to play with.
I will be building another hunger games arena on a normal map, but that's still an update or two away. So, I'll have to keep this idea in mind. Thanks.

Any, & all ideas are very much welcome.
Ports around the world and throughout history have generally been very active and cluttered places. Ships were seldom seen in port without a myriad of other smaller vessels shuttling supplies and crew to and from the vessel. Workshops abounded involved in both the manufacture and repair of the vessels. Inns and pubs and other assorted "houses" would spring up near the docks... and the lighting in the nether is perfect for a "red light" district.
Thanks. I think I'll have to build an "Inn", along with a pub & other things. Although, they'll have to be dug into the mountain as it's pretty much the only space available for building houses. I'm not too sure about a brothel though. lol
I'd love to be able to build another ship, even if it's a lot smaller, but I think things would become too clustered around the port. I'll save that for my next map.

Thank you. Little bit clearer.

This = coffee on my computer screen. Well played, forums, well played.
Oh thats terrible. Most guys end up taking that arrow to the knee. What was your head doing down there?....
On-Topic- Well there are no pics for me to see besides the crummy reposted ones. So...yeah.
Well, apparently my pictures were crummier, so the reposted ones should suffice. lol

Retired StaffErr, that's the same image twice. You forgot the floating island shot.

very nice.
EDIT: Nearly 5 hours later:
A little too big? Well, my motto is "Go hard or go home".
Ahhhh... Huh?
The schematic I used if anyone is interested.
Doesn't really fit in with the landscape, does it. Thanks anyway.
Good comeback.
