I was playing minecraft when a random person went in my server so i kicked him and the game froze and i tested this out again to see if it was just a rare bug but it froze again when i tried to kick someone. is anyone else having this problem too?

yes i am having the same problem not just random people.also people from my friend list..i Kick some and my game froze
I've noted this, no matter what world, no matter how many players, kicking a player freezes xbox. It's weird yet annoying.

this happens to me a lot. for instance it happened yesterday night, i had two friends in game with permissions, then a friend of theirs joined, and a friend of that friend joined, i kicked the friend of one of my friends. then the friend of one of my friends started spamming blocks and i kicked him. then the game froze. so at the most i had 4 other players in my game excluding me, who was playing solo. i didn't have autosave on and lost everything.
it to me is worse than a creeper next to a redstone creation
