I got a question a few of us are wondering. Will there be minecraft on xbox 720 ?

I can almost guarantee they will. Of coarse I don't know for sure, but why wouldn't they??

Would people please stop calling it he Xbox 720. That isn't its official name and that isn't even it's temporary/code name.

As for whether or not Minecraft will be on the next console, it most likely will be. I would assume that Xbox Live and it's Gamertags will carry over to the new system. Since Minecraft is a digital purchase, it stands to reason that they will allow all XBLA games to be played on the new system. Just like how original Xbox games can be played on the Xbox 360.

Over 5 million copies sold on the 360 so I don't see why not

I have another question: How many times will that be asked before then?

SOME. Sorry. There are only about 100 original xbox games that can be played on the 360. I had to contact Microsoft about something the other day, and when on the phone, I questioned them about this. Most developers for the original xbox, didn't want to make a patch, to make the games work on the 360. It May be that alot of 360 games will not work on the new xbox 720 ( ) console.

To all, do not throw away your 360 after the new one is out. You May need it more than you think!

Hasn't it reached over 8 million now. . . or does this iinclude the PC version as well?
