Skin Packs: 4J said we would be getting 5. We only have 3. (Summer of Arcade, Halloween Charity, and Festive packs don't count) It's likely they're already working on the 4th pack.
Skin Generator: I assume you mean a skin creator. Still not going to happen because of legal issues. They confirmed this at Minecon 2012.
Servers: Same as before. Rented servers are being looked into. As well as other options. It is all being discussed with Microsoft.
Texture Packs: 4J has said they've begun work on Texture Pack support.
