I have a world that's all taiga (I mean all)
I has a frozen river running through it.
But very few trees.
I would put some spruces in on creative it would be perfect.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
To answer this question, Skyrim's geography must be taken into question:
The north is largely snowy and mountainous (granted, the whole thing is mountainous, but you have huge mountains up there.) The southwest is forested, the west (around Markath) is hilly plains, with mountains on the edge. The southeast is marshy (swamp biome) and has a huge lake. Mountains border all sides. There are no deserts.
Fartsy hob, is a good seed, with plains and mountains, lots of water. But, I would start with a superflat unless you want to add the dungeons that are in the villages of Skyrim, such as Whiterun's "Dragonsreach dungeon" or "Bleak falls barrow"

This is a highly specific seed, my friend.
