Okay, I've built a cannon following the design of this only 1 layer smaller:
Now, I have tried everything, I delete the rail leading to the cart, I push the sheep further into the barrel, everything I can think of, and the best I got was about 5 blocks.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, or do mob cannons not work on 360?

Sorry man, I've seen to many griefing videos to really trust anyone.
I tried this much simpler design as well:
Cannons just can't shoot people on 360 can they?
I've tested just blowing up TNT next to myself and it doesn't seem to propel me at all, on creative or survival. The only thing that seems to get thrown are other blocks of TNT.
