No that isn't a silverfish spawner, it looks like a zombie spawner.

I found a zombie spawner in my stronghold as well. It's a very nice area to farm XP.

I have found many strongholds with them in it. I actually have one right now without one which I prefer since I am getting tired of rebuilding huge strongholds.

Yep, the seed MagicMan also has a Spider spawner inside a stronghold, as well as a Silverfish spawner near the portal.
