I have a HDTV, and i have a HDMI cable, it's plugged in to my xbox 360, but it still won't let the controller turn on fully, the second controller blinks and blinks, but won't come on any suggestions?

This. Sometimes you might accidentally press the sync button or forget that it was last sync'd at a friend's house.
