Find a mob spawner and make a mob grinder thing. But, make it so you have to kill them and they don't die from fall damage so you get their XP. Or you could make Bottles O' Enchanting but, that takes a lot more work and I don't know how to make one

Well that is true but you can make it so they will be a one hit kill with your fist. 20 block drop if im correct. Also Is it possible to make Bottles O' Enchanting?
Yeah, you could make it so the mobs are weakened by the fall so your fist kills them in one hit. It would take a little testing, though. It is I think because in the Creative mode inventory there is the Bottle O' Enchanting.
If you have a Blaze spawner in your nether then try and make a Blaze xp farm. If you dont know how then Etho has a great tutorial on how to make one. Oh and btw it will take loads of resources to build!
no....I'm one of the many unlucky ones who have no blazes in my nether fortress. I guess a mob grinder will have to do...just gotta find one now, is there and easier way to find one or is it just a luck thing?
A bottle o' enchanting cannot be brewed, but can be acquired by tradingwith a priest villager

What I do to rank up: I make an animal farm, you get xp for that. Also spend lots of time mining, it's rewarding. Lastly, stay out at night and kill mobs. Works well for me
and to add to this further, your tricking the xbox into thinking the mobs have gone by sending them up an over so it spawns more, the reason for brining them back is 2 fold,
1 so they take dmg from the fall and can die from 1 punch
2 you need to be close to the spawner for it to stay active
fastest way to earn XP so would recommend anyone building this as there main XP farm

Blaze farming is definitely the best way to get xp
What he and others said with the blaze spawners. Completely worth finding a seed with one and restarting your travels. You load up on extended fire resistance potions (Virtually invulnerable against Blazes) and got nuts in there, You level up like crazy.

Xp farming gives you a nice amount of xp, but xp farms can be annoying to build. Since mining and smelting ores give you xp if you are mining in a cave you level up pretty fast. Edit: (I think mining and smelting ores gives you xp on xbox but I am not sure)
1. Make a huge tree farm
2. get the wood, replant if wanted
3. Put 64 wood in the furnace to smelt then put 64 wood to smelt the other 64
4. Wait until smelting is done
5. Withdraw wood
6. Repeat process until you have the amount of XP wanted
7. Profit
8 (Optional). Use many furnaces to smelt each 64 to get best result.
id say mob spawner, it will prob take you 6-7 minecraft days to find, build and perfect your mob spawner but you can easily get lev 1-40 in a few mins with a good mob spawner. just youtube xbox 360 minecraft mob spawn tutorial

Yeah, It can give double XP like when you kill one blaze it's like you 2 skeletons or 2 zombies etc...
