Red stone glitch

When I place red stone it does not connect the red stone to the piston, dispenser,etc,etc. It really angers me and I hope this glitch gets fixed soon.

This is what he is talking about

It is not a glitch, redstone only automatically connects to repeaters, and other redstone. That's it. Works as intended.

[Did this on the PC version to demonstrate, but it's the same on both platforms]
