I have a question about snow golems. I created 7 in my area and they all were okay, but then I created an 8th one and it broke after I built it. I then tried again and again and had the same problem. I then went into the nether and created 2 and they were fine. I went back into the world and tried again and once again the 8th one broke. I just looked at the minecraft wiki and there was a picture with 11 snow golems together.

Does anyone have any idea why the 8th one keeps breaking in the regular world? I am quite confused and a little annoyed since I wanted an army of them around my main house.

okay that kind of sucks. I was able to make 2 in the nether that worked so I guess its 7 on both worlds?

Until they die or you kill them off as far as I know, meaning don't loose them because if you loose them and they are not dying you can't make more until they do. I wonder if the limit to Iron Golems will be the same or half of the Snow Golems. However if you are snow farming, you only need one snow golem.

Basically, even if you go more than 100-200 blocks away from the Snow Golem, they don't despawn.
And if they don't despawn but are still alive somehow, you can't make more of them until you get rid of them.

So if you somehow loose them you either have to find them again or reload from a past save provided you have that option.

Then I was wondering if the limit to Iron Golem Construction will be the same (7-8 only) or have (3-4 Iron Golems and 7-8 Snow Golems)

Well I hope they up that eventually like in the pc. I saw at least 11 in a picture on the pc.

I would guess that the Snow Golem cap is 7, then. I had the same thing happen to me >

Wow, only 7 can be spawned in the 360 edition. Is there a reasonable explanation for this?

I would guess it has something to do with the mob limits....
